• Supply and install fully automatic irrigation system (commercial) covering entire landscape
• Supply and install artificial turf, Softfall underlay, Geo-textile fabric
• Supply and install deck x 3, kid kitchen, logs, mud pit and finish it with protection
• Supply and install sandpit x 3 (Sandstone blocks, foundation, rendering, painting) – Supply and install 30mm drainage cell, geo-textile fabric and infill with kids safe play sand on all three sandpits. – Water-proofing all sides – Supply and install 100mm Agi-pipe to install drainage solution
• Supply and install Sensory path (deco-path)
• Supply and install stepping stones
• Supply and install Decomposed granite porous paving
• Supply and install wooden planter box on Ground Floor and First floor – Install landscaping liner along insides – Install dripping irrigation system.
• Supply and install Colorbond fence for bin enclosure in the basement
