Early learning Centres – Scope of work

Stage 1 & 2

• Remove existing surfacing at both centres and dispose
• Install new 20mm Grey wet Rubber Pour Bike Track (stage 1 and 2)
• Install line markings for both bike tracks
• Install sensory path connecting bike track
• Install dark blue and light blue cloud/wave design wet rubber pour around sandpits
• Install red play area with soft fall underneath
• Restore all the wooden structures
• Supply and install 35mm Luxury turf
• Install WPC edging throughout the landscape
• Top up the sandpits

Stage 3 & 4

• Install wet rubber pour underneath of Forpark play equipment with soft fall base
• Install bike track with the sensory path
• Install 35mm Luxury turf
• Install terracotta wet pour rubber with soft fall underneath
• Install dry river bed, hand pump, drainage and water connection
• Supply and install self-watering planter box, plants, mulch
• Safety fence throughout
• Supply compliance certification
